'information system' combines the tradition of dark, scientific techno - once championed by pan_sonic and recently revived by artists such as lucy and sandwell district - with a futuristic funk style akin to carl finlow.
sparse and spacious, yet intricately textured, vc-118a's music is at the same time a continuation of samuel's previous projects (Mohlao, Multicast Dynamics), as it is a departure in its quest for innovative, broken electro rhythms.
